Research interests
We conduct research that addresses challenges in various biomedical fields by integrating data analysis techniques, including mathematical modeling, machine learning, and simulation.
- Development of an integrated approach that complementarily combines model- and data-driven analysis methods.
- Model-based analysis of virus/antibody dynamics within and between hosts, and their applications.
- Development of quantitative prediction models for disease progression and treatment outcomes.
- Optimization of clinical trial designs and medical policies.
